SUMMARY:Self Defense & Situational Awareness
DESCRIPTION:This course could literally be a LIFE SAVER! \nThere is no course more worthy than the one that could save your life.  When you leave this course\, you will have a clearer understanding of what it’s going to take to save your life in the event of an attack. \nDuring these three hours of instruction\, the student will have one (1) hour of classroom instruction on Mental and physical readiness.  Simply put\, what it’s going to take in order protect yourself.  We will discuss situational awareness\, what you need to be doing in order to be aware of your surroundings. \nDuring the second hour\, WE GET PHYSICAL!  You will learn how to stand in a fighting stance\, how to block\, how to punch and kick.  You will be working with a partner and have practical exercises. \nDuring the third hour\, it gets REAL PHYSICAL!  You will be put through scenarios to demonstrate the proficiency of your learnings!  You will be put through at least three scenarios as if you were showing a property and a would be attacker grabs you or attempts to attack you! \nDISCLAIMER:  This class is a VERY physical class designed to give real life scenarios and examples to the student.  The student should wear “workout” style clothing\, soft sole shoes and be prepared to have an elevated heart rate.  Should you have any physical limitations\, that should be verbalized prior to signing up for the course. \nThe instructors reserve the right not to allow students to participate in the course if the above criteria are not met to ensure safety of all participants of the course. \nApproved course #71391 for 3 CE’s \n
