DESCRIPTION:Join us as we dive into the updates that the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Form Committee has brought us for 2023. \nYou don’t want to be misinformed as you enter into an agreement with your clients to protect them in their single largest investment of their lifetime.  We want to assist you in being educated to the fullest. \nAs we go through each form that the Georgia Association of REALTORS® forms committee changed last cycle\, we will make sure you are aware of each change and discuss why they felt those changes were relevant. \nThe forms committee meets every month throughout the each year\, these change suggestions are brought to them by users of these forms\, attorney’s who are reviewing these forms and even Judges whom may have had to review them in litigation.  The forms committee takes these changes seriously and they don’t just makes because they have nothing else to do\, they provide the changes for the best interest of the consumers\, homeownership and the REALTORS® we support! \nThere are some minor changes but then it wouldn’t be a new year without a few major changes!  We want to make sure you are completely aware of them all! \nThis course has been approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission as an approved three (3) hour continuing education course.  The course code issue for this class is #71342 and approved through Heartland Real Estate School (#8071).

DESCRIPTION:REALTOR® – Code of Ethics\nREALTOR® are required to complete code of ethics training of not less than 2 ½  of instructional time within a three-year cycle.
