In this dynamic and interactive course, real estate professionals will move beyond theory to craft a personalized roadmap for sustainable success in their careers. We’ll begin with an eye-opening look at the realities of the real estate industry, identifying the current statistics surrounding agent success and failure within the first five years – and what separates those who thrive from those who merely survive. From there, participants will dive into the fundamentals of a solid business plan, defining personal goals and translating them into actionable strategies that align with their vision.

During the second hour, we’ll explore the essential elements that make up an effective real estate business plan. Students will define the market niche they wish to pursue, examine local market data such as sales prices, days on market, and absorption rates, and learn how to leverage that information to build realistic, performance-based goals. The session also emphasizes the importance of accountability and introduces strategies for building success partnerships that keep agents on track and motivated.

In the final hour, it’s all about putting knowledge into action. Using a detailed business plan template provided by the instructor, students will begin creating their own custom plans – guided step-by-step through each section. With hands-on time dedicated to building and refining their individual strategies, every participant will leave with a tangible, ready-to-implement business plan tailored to their specific goals, market, and strengths.
