Join instructor Tom Gillett for an in-depth overview of the 2026 Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR) Form Updates. This course is designed to help real estate professionals stay informed, compliant, and confident when using GAR forms in the year ahead. Participants will learn to identify key changes to existing forms, understand newly introduced forms and special stipulations, and apply best practices for proper form selection and usage in accordance with GAR licensing requirements.
