During this course of instruction – the agents will go through the entire suite of GAR Contracts. Areas of instruction shall include:

Georgia Association of REALTORS® Forms – Consumer Brochures, Brokerage Agreements, Purchase and Sales Agreements, Lease Agreements, Financing Contingencies, Earnest Money Forms, and a few common contingencies, exhibits, & amendments.

This class is certainly for the beginning real estate salespersons or one that may be getting back into the business.
